What is the Clinical Care Platform

The Clinical Care Platform is South African wholly owned online subscription healthcare Edu-tech company that provides continuous educational opportunities for healthcare workers. Our mission is to improve patient care by increasing access to educational resources and evidence-based education that enhances clinical practice and competence of healthcare professionals.
Why did you start Clinical Care Platform?

Dr Mawela is passionate about healthcare professional education and support. He founded the Clinical Care Platform to share his expertise with everyone he possibly could reach. In his words "I launched Clinical Care Platform because I wanted to help healthcare workers feel empowered by learning a new skills, keeping updated and maintaining their competence. Access to medical education should be a smooth and painless experience that is affordable. I'm also aware of the high cost of continuing professional development, hence the aim to provide quality educational resources for as little as R110.00 per month to meet all healthcare worker professional development needs."
How Does It Work?

Clinical Care Platform was founded to increase access to continuing professional development that is affordable. Each course is curated to ensure it aligns to current local and international evidence based guidelines. Each month a new course is added and micro-lessons are added on a weekly basis so there is always something to learn. When you become a member, you gain access to all the content much like Netflix and continue having access so you may work at your own pace as long as you are a paid member.
What courses are offered by the Clinical Care Platform?

We provide CPD accredited weekly live webinars, clinical eLearning courses that are self paced, virtual classes via zoom and face to face contact classes. We focus on all clinical disciplines in healthcare and we aim to cater for all registered healthcare worker categories.
How are the membership benefits delivered

We use an easy-to-navigate beautiful online platform where all your CPD courses and clinical resources are ready to be accessed any time. Every week we add new courses and you’ll receive an email with a link to that week’s content. Our live webinars take place on Zoom. Membership benefits include: 1. Open access to CPD events. 2. Access to educational event recordings, slides, resources and CPD certificates. 3. Preparation and Issuing of verifiable CPD certificates within 48 hours on completing an event. 4. Direct reporting to HPCSA within 48 hours on completing an event. 5. Access to a course library that has over 50 CPD accredited course. 6. Discounts on selected paid courses. 7. Lifetime Access Paid Courses. 8. You will join a community of healthcare professionals for clinical support. 9. We assist with CPD reports for job applications or PMDS/Performance reviews.
Can I subscribe at any time?

Clinical Care Platform has an an open enrolment. You can subscribe and cancel at any time.
Can I share my membership by giving someone else my login?

No, if multiple people share your membership, the system will automatically lock one account out.
What if I want to cancel my membership?

If you decide the Clinical Care Platform is not right for you, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you won’t be billed for the following month. We do not offer refunds. Please note that unless canceled, subscriptions will renew at the subscribed fee.
Membership Refund Policy

Clinical Care Platform memberships are non-refundable. Disputed payments are handled in accordance with our Chargeback Policy.
Chargeback Policy

We are always willing to discuss any issues you may have and ask that you contact us at info@clinicalcareplatform.com if you have a dispute you would like us to review. All customer service and billing questions should be directed to us first. We answer email daily and will always help with any questions or concerns you may have. Credit card chargebacks, Yoco and Paystack disputes can be costly and hurt our standing with our payment processors. For this reason, we reserve the right to terminate and/or disable Clinical Care Platform subscription accounts that have filed chargebacks or disputes without notifying the Clinical Care Platform.
