Dr Mawela is passionate about healthcare professional education and support. He founded the Clinical Care Platform to share his expertise with everyone he possibly could reach. I'm also aware of the high cost of continuing professional development, hence the aim to provide quality educational resources for as little as R110.00 per month to meet all healthcare worker professional development needs."

Clinical Care Platform was founded to increase access to continuing professional development that is affordable. Each course is curated to ensure it aligns to current local and international evidence based guidelines. Each month a new course is added and micro-lessons are added on a weekly basis so there is always something to learn. When you become a member, you gain access to all the content much like Netflix and continue having access so you may work at your own pace as long as you are a paid member.

We provide CPD accredited weekly live webinars, clinical eLearning courses that are self paced, virtual classes via zoom and face to face contact classes. We focus on all clinical disciplines in healthcare and we aim to cater for all registered healthcare worker categories.

We use an easy-to-navigate beautiful online platform where all your CPD courses and clinical resources are ready to be accessed any time. Every week we add new courses and you’ll receive an email with a link to that week’s content. Our live webinars take place on Zoom.

Clinical Care Platform has an an open enrolment. You can subscribe and cancel at any time.

No, if multiple people share your membership, the system will automatically lock one account out.

If you decide the Clinical Care Platform is not right for you, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you won’t be billed for the following month. We do not offer refunds.

Please note that unless canceled, subscriptions will renew at the subscribed fee.

Clinical Care Platform memberships are non-refundable. Disputed payments are handled in accordance with our Chargeback Policy.

We are always willing to discuss any issues you may have and ask that you contact us at info@clinicalcareplatform.com if you have a dispute you would like us to review. All customer service and billing questions should be directed to us first. We answer email daily and will always help with any questions or concerns you may have.

Credit card chargebacks, Yoco and Paystack disputes can be costly and hurt our standing with our payment processors. For this reason, we reserve the right to terminate and/or disable Clinical Care Platform subscription accounts that have filed chargebacks or disputes without notifying the Clinical Care Platform.
